A new cafeteria, Tian Shang Hong Yun Shenrun Canteen, has officially opened in Luohu's Shenrun Building, aiming not only to satisfy the daily dining needs of office workers but also to enhance the overall efficiency of the tower's business ecosystem.
"We've heard that more than a thousand white?collar professionals are already working here. We hope to serve them well, along with residents in the surrounding community,"said You Qiping, the cafeteria's manager.
Operating from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the facility provides all?day dining options, including nutritious breakfasts, self?service weighed meals, Hong Kong–style dim sum, and private dining rooms suitable for business meetings. The model is designed to address the dining challenges commonly faced in high?end commercial buildings.
The cafeteria's swift launch reflects strong industry demand. According to an official from the Huangbei Subdistrict Office, Shenrun Building is the first "freight forwarding and logistics professional building" prioritized by Luohu. It has already attracted nearly 90 companies, including about 30 in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Projections show that within three years, annual revenue generated by enterprises above designated size in the building is expected to surpass 50 billion yuan. Such a dense and rapidly expanding professional population has created an urgent need for high?quality, convenient lifestyle and business?supporting facilities—needs the new cafeteria aims to meet.
